About Us
About Awareness Attire
Awareness Attire started with two people, Brett and Sara, who were tired of feeling alone in their battles with depression and anxiety. They wanted clothing that did not just look good, but said what so many of us struggle to say out loud. Today, Awareness Attire uses designs like "Not Unmotivated, Just Overwhelmed," "Be The Color In Someones Gray Day," and our mascot Ryse The Phoenix to turn everyday outfits into reminders of hope, solidarity, and strength. Every piece is created to be trauma-aware, stigma-breaking, and genuinely supportive.

FAQ
Here are some of the most common questions people ask before ordering from Awareness Attire. If you don’t see your question here, just send us a message—we’re happy to help.
Awareness Attire is built from lived experience. Founders Brett and Sara both live with depression and anxiety, and every design is created to feel honest, hopeful, and stigma-breaking—never dismissive or toxically positive. Our mascot, Ryse The Phoenix, symbolizes rising through the dark, and 10% of every sale is donated to mental health organizations. We also focus on conversation-starting designs that make it easier to check in on friends, share your story, or show support in a gentle, visible way.
Most of our apparel is unisex with a relaxed, true-to-size fit. If you prefer a looser feel, we generally recommend sizing up one size, especially for hoodies. Product pages on our main store include detailed size charts, fabric information, and fit notes to help you pick the right option. If you’re ever unsure, contact us with your usual size and fit preference and we’ll help you choose.
Because we use a print-on-demand partner, each item is made just for you when you order. Most orders are produced and shipped within 5–10 days, plus standard shipping time depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships, and we’re always here if you have questions about timing or delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a quality issue, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund—no stress. Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept general returns for reasons like size or change of mind just yet. If there’s a problem with your order, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll take care of you.
